Breastfeeding is the only way to provide nutrition for newborns. The wrong eating technique can cause nipples. Around 57% of mothers have experienced a process of improvement that is difficult. Expenditures planning on techniques given to mothers who will leave the place of delivery, which is expected to improve the skills of mothers in caring at home, so that the baby's weight can increase in a healthy manner. This study discusses the expenditure planning of care techniques in post cesarean section mothers for infant weight gain. The design of this study was quasi-experimental with the control group and the control group. The sample used was post SC patients and their babies used purposive sampling as many as 54 respondents, each group of 27 respondents. The research hypothesis test uses the Gain Score test in the training group to get a result of 68.6%, which means that discharge planning is an effective technique for increasing infant weight. In the control group of the test results, the acquisition score was 54%, which means that only requires less effective conversion. The results of the independent t-test statistical test to accept differences in infant body weight in the two groups resulted in a p-value of 0.027. The results of other studies are about the level of maternal knowledge about care techniques in the care group better than the control group. The conclusion of this study is the expenditure planning on care techniques in post cesarean section patients opposed to newborn weight. Mothers who receive care plans have better care techniques so they can increase success and their baby's body will increase.
